Lumberyard Warehouse Conversion
1930’s Lumber Storage Warehouse Transforms into a Modern, Industrial Residence
Originally built in 1936 as storage for lumber, a second life for this structure came to be in 1995. Newly married, Carole and Patrick Malloy set their sights on transforming this structure into a home where they could start a family and reside on the property of this formerly thriving family business. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to achieve a style that reflects the history of the property along with modern-day living.
