1940’s Warehouse Goes Modern While Holding Onto its Industrial Roots
Standing at 14,000 square feet, this commercially zoned industrial building was built in the ’40s and originally used as a storage facility for oil machinery. This transformed building became the new home for Chemistry Agency South in 2018. Steps away from an active railroad, the building itself provides the backdrop for creativity to flourish. The passing train (many times a day) only adds to the bustle of this vibrant think-tank of a company.
