Craftsman Expansion and Transformation
The owners of this stylish Craftsman home knew this would be the place where they would plant their roots. Planning a family meant that they would need to expand the home’s original footprint. It was our goal to increase the square footage while preserving its original style. We integrated new spaces such as an open concept living area and larger kitchen, along with the addition of a second level and finished basement. Utilizing a varied mix of texture, material and color resulted in a bold yet timeless finished product.
